Below are the details of some of my favourite past commissions.

Peach Sunset
The brief was to produce a large acrylic seascape for a bedroom feature wall. The colours in the room were peach, pink and aqua with mahogany wood. The client wanted to incorporate all these colours within the painting. They loved my seascape paintings previously seen so wanted a similar style and composition combining a few of their favourites.
Frame - a mid grey wooden float frame was chosen to compliment the interior scheme.

Bluebell Woods
The client wanted a bespoke piece to celebrate her 40th birthday. She had a special family connection to the local bluebells woods so wanted to capture her happy memories within a piece of art. She had previously seen my paintings of bluebell woods and asked if I can create her a specific painting using this style and colours with the light and shadows being the main focus.
Frame - a wooden float frame was chosen to compliment the interior scheme.

Reflective Blues
The client had previously seen my paintings at an art fair and was particularly draw to two seascapes. She asked if I could combine the two compositions to create a bespoke painting in a larger size for her living room. She specifically wanted purples, mauves and greys to match her interior scheme with the focus being the dramatic sky and sense of openness yet with balanced foreground details.
Frame - a semi-traditional white wooden frame was chosen to compliment the interior scheme and show off the lights within the artwork.
Feedback
Reflected Blues sits beautifully in my sitting room and there is a sense of greater calm emerging as I sit here. I will enjoy this painting forever and your enthusiasm in creating it - thank you, Alison.
Mini commissions
I am often invited to host lessons or day workshops for local art groups. This can be a one-off, as and when you like, or monthly. I now have many regular guest teaching bookings.
